Elena J. Tinaglia is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Michael Lee Tinaglia, Ltd. Elena's legal experience includes representing clients in various commercial and business litigation including but not limited to breach of contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty, corporation and partnership disputes, lender and debtor litigation, trade secret and covenant not to compete litigation, and mortgage foreclosures. 

Elena received her Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago and her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law with a concentration in International and Comparative Law. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois, and she is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
