Michael Lee Tinaglia is the owner and founder of the Law Offices of Michael Lee Tinaglia, Ltd. Over his 36 years of experience as an attorney he has gained extensive experience as a trail and appellate lawyer practicing before federal and state trial and appellate courts throughout the United States. 

His legal experience includes virtually every aspect of labor and employment law, including trial and appellate matters and regularly representing clients before governmental agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Human Rights Department and Commission, the United States Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and administrative agencies in several states. 

Michael's legal experience also includes regularly representing clients in a broad range of business and commercial matters including; lender and debtor litigation and counseling; mortgage foreclosures; loan and financial litigation and workouts; breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duty; fraud; consumer fraud; class actions; corporation and partnership disputes; director and officer liability; trade secret and covenant not to compete litigation; and liquidation and bankruptcy litigation.
